Camden County Drought Study

Camden County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive drought study for the county, with the goal of assessing water resource vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate drought impacts. Proposals must be submitted as sealed envelopes to the Purchasing Office at P.O. Box 99, 200 East 4th Street, Woodbine, GA 31569, and must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026, with the reference number CAMDEN COUNTY DROUGHT STUDY- PROPOSAL #P27-3500-02. All proposals will be publicly opened at that time, and no submission may be withdrawn for ninety days following the deadline. Digital proposal documents will be accessible starting July 23, 2026, at 8 a.m. on the Camden County website’s Purchasing Page. All interested parties are encouraged to direct written questions to Kelsey Kelley at bids@camdencountyga.gov, and responses to inquiries will be made available through official channels.
