Box 99, 200 East 4th Street, Woodbine, GA 31569 no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026, referencing CAMDEN COUNTY DROUGHT STUDY- PROPOSAL #P27-3500-02, at which time they will be opened and proposers name publicly read. No bid shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days.
