Camden County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking competitive proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services for the construction of a new E911 and Emergency Operations Center to support the mission and vision of these respective county departments. There is a mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for Wednesday November 20th, 2024 at 2:00PM.
Sealed proposals must be received at the office of the Purchasing Officer, P.O. Box 99, 200 East 4th Street, Woodbine, GA 31569 no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024, referencing CAMDEN COUNTY E911 AND EOC ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES #P25-3920-09, at which time they will be opened and proposers name publicly read. No proposal shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days.
