Camp Swift Bldg. 232 Foundation Repairs

The Texas Military Department is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the foundation repairs of Building 232 at Camp Swift in Bastrop, Texas, under solicitation number TMD26-CFMO-0044837, with an estimated project value of $1,300,000 including options. Contractors must provide all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and coordination necessary to structurally repair the barracks foundation, including demolition of failing sections, foundation and subgrade replacement, roof structure repairs, and asbestos abatement integrated into the scope.
