THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION The Coast Guard Academy through it's Market research, Other Than Full & Open Competition. YouVisit with its Proprietary Technology Platform With Option Year attached. Adaptive Focus(patent pending), delivers 360 content in up to 5Xhigher resolution than standard 360 photography. Provide virtual and career tours of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, which will be maintained by the vendor, and posted to sites owned by the client as well as an internet-accessible site operated by the vendor to assist students in their college search. Virtual and career tours will consist of audio, still images, video and a narrator led presentation of the campus in a logical sequence designed to drive inquiries, visitation, and requests for more information. Virtual and career tours will be branded with institutional marks. Narration will be developed collaboratively with the Academy Admissions office, in order to differentiate the institution. Vendor may use images provided by the client, and should shoot these images on the campus to update the tour.
