Camrose County (the County) is inviting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the rehabilitation of the Ferintosh Wastewater Treatment Lagoon, located in the Hamlet of Ferintosh, Alberta. Proposals will address the following: - Project Initiation and Data Review , confirm project objectives, establish scope boundaries, and ensure a common understanding of existing conditions, risks, and regulatory requirements before detailed design commences. - Detailed Investigation and Design, develop a constructible and regulatory-compliant rehabilitation design that addresses identified deficiencies while maintaining operational continuity of the wastewater system. - Regulatory Approvals, obtain all required approvals and amendments necessary to legally construct and operate the rehabilitated lagoon. - Tendering Services, procure a qualified contractor through a competitive, transparent tender process. - Construction Administration, ensure construction is completed in accordance with the contract documents, regulatory approvals, and County expectations. - Project Close‑Out, formally complete the project and provide the County with final documentation for operations and regulatory compliance.
