This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Solicitation number 70B03C26Q00000109, is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Five (5) Can-Am ATVs, Four (4) Can-Am Outlander Pro XU HD7 and One (1) Can-Am Outlander XT 850. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract.


It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available equipment detailed in Section 5.1 of the attached Statement of Work (SOW), to support the U.S. Border Patrol sectors located throughout the United States. The ATVs will be used for patrolling and securing the border regions throughout the U.S. The items offered must meet the specifications/description in the attached statement of work (SOW) and enough detailed specifications must be submitted with the quote for a technical review to be completed without holding discussions.


Interested vendors shall provide all required resources for the purchase, handling, shipping, and delivery of the following designated ATV’s, in the Brand Name or Equal and minimum quantities as indicated below, and in accordance with the requirements of the SOW.


All interested vendors shall submit a firm-fixed-price quote for all Five (5) Can-Am ATVs, detailed specifications sheet for the units that are being quoted and include a Manufacturer Distributor Authorization Letter to be considered for award.
