REISSUE OF A BID SOLICITATION
This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 100024083 dated November 23, 2023 with a closing of December 11, 2023 at 2:00 pm.
Solutions-Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Employment and Social Development Canada
This requirement is open only to those Solutions-Based Professional Services Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1 ($0 - $3.75M) and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following stream(s):
Stream 2: Business consulting/Change management services; and,
Stream 3: Project management services
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.
Description of the Requirement:
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the professional services of a Contractor to support a procurement requirement of a new service provider for the Canada.ca platform. The support activities will include writing documents for Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, forecasting of pricing and costs, and providing project management support.
