This is a notice of proposed procurement. The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) requires one senior Business Analyst to perform an analysis of the current workload associated with the National Joint Council’s (NJC) travel directive which was developed in partnership between employer and bargaining agent representatives. CCG also requires a comparison with other operational centers for consistency in application and methodology. Finally, CCG requires options that include the financial impact(s) and the pros and cons of the national home port concept where employees would be pooled from one or several locations across Canada to allow greater operational flexibility and allow employees to be reimbursed for travel expenses incurred while traveling to their national location(s) of work to board their respective assigned CCG vessel. The period of the Contract will be from date of contract award to April 12, 2024 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to one (1) addition year under the same conditions. Duration of Contract: from contract award to April 12, 2024 with one irrevocable option year. Timeframe of Delivery: from contract award to April 12, 2024 with one irrevocable option year. Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in the solicitation documentation: This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category: 2.1 Business Analyst (one (1) senior-level resource) • for suppliers who are SA-holders: first, email only the DFO Procurement Officer on the file and request to be invited. If you are not qualified under the stream(s) and category(ies) required in spite of being an SA-holder, you must then contact PSPC's SA Authority for the TSPS SA to update your supplier profile. Proof of being added must be provided to the DFO Procurement Officer on the file before the invitation request will be considered. • for suppliers who are not SA-holders: contact PSPC's SA Authority for the TSPS SA to be added for future opportunities.
