The primary scope involves providing 12-month support terms from November 12, 2026, to November 11, 2027, with some specific items having a shorter 8-month term ending July 31, 2027. Awardees must comply with the laws of the United States and the State of Nebraska, including fair employment practices and the Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act (LB 1300), which requires certification that the bidder is not a scrutinized company. Payment will be made in full within thirty days following successful testing and acceptance by LES.
