Crystal Lake Commission School District 47 is seeking proposals for Meraki WAP and Switch right-to-use licenses or equivalent for a two year period. Proposals must be submitted by Friday, February 13, 2026, at 12:00 noon CST. The request includes specific requirements for non-instructional facilities that are ineligible for e-rate funding, specifically thirty-two MR56 WAPs, three MS390-24UX switches, four MS390-48UX switches, and two MS425-16 switches. Vendors must strictly adhere to USAC and FCC rules, including providing their SPIN number and ensuring they are not red-lighted. A critical requirement is the clear separation of e-rate eligible and ineligible equipment and pricing; failure to allocate these costs separately may lead to disqualification. Other disqualification factors include missing the submission deadline, failing to provide the lowest corresponding price, or submitting robotic responses. All proposals should be emailed to the designated district and consultant contacts with the Form 470 number and school district name in the subject line.
