In accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 103D-308 and Hawaii Administrative Rules Section 3-122-96(a)(2)(D) & (G), the University of Hawaii (University) will be cancelling the Project as prices received exceed the available funds and it would not be appropriate to adjust quantities to come within available funds; furthermore, a determination has been made by the Chief Procurement Officer that a cancellation is in the best interest of the University. The Project was advertised on July 30, 2024 with bids due on September 3, 2024.
