Full Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure CANMAN equipment in support of the Integrated Bridge Systems (IBS) on the LCS Freedom Variant Class Hull from Rolls-Royce Marine North America, Inc.. The parts and quantities required are shown in the chart below. This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. This contract shall be procured on a sole source basis from Rolls-Royce Marine North America, Inc. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
