The City of Oakland is seeking approval for a 3,800-square-foot indoor cannabis cultivation facility within an existing warehouse located at 1433 Willow Street, Oakland, CA 94607, under the jurisdiction of Oakland Municipal Code Chapter 5.81. The proposal, submitted by Woodview Innovations Inc., is not a competitive procurement but a regulatory permitting process requiring full compliance with local and county ordinances.
