The Proposed Project will operate a Microbusiness license within an existing building at 8241 Lankershim Blvd N, Los Angeles, CA 91605 (APN 231-006-005). The Microbusiness will conduct infusion manufacturing, cultivation and distribution of commercial cannabis products under State and local law and improve an existing industrial building. The Project will occupy an existing building approximately 18,790 square feet in size. Existing sewer service, water, and electricity are provided by the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. The Project will include only minor interior improvements and no changes beyond existing use proposed.
