*************************************************************************************************
Employment and Social Development (ESDC) is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of maintenance and repairs of physical security systems in the National Capital Region (NCR), which include building access and alarm intrusion detection tools, control and monitor people’s access into and within buildings with proximity card systems, monitor for security events and alert designated people when concerning events, occur. All components of these systems must be maintained to ensure optimal performance, tested to identify issues, repaired when there is an imminent or realized failure, and replaced when deemed obsolete or no longer effective.
The eventual winning bidder is expected to have the capacity and certifications to maintain and repair the existing obsolete Hurricane access control systems and any Legacy software/hardware that has reached its end-of-life service, which are located in the sites outlined within the Statement of Work found at Annex “B”. There is no expectation to replace these systems with new systems during the life of this contract.
The contract period will be from the date of contract award and up to one year thereafter, including 4 option periods, of 1 year each.
