Any vendors that believe they can meet the requirements described should submit proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 11:59 PM, Central Standard Time, 8 June 2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement.
