The contract incorporates a comprehensive suite of FAR and DFARS clauses, including safeguarding covered defense information, cyber incident reporting, prohibitions on hexavalent chromium and covered telecommunications equipment, whistleblower protections, and restrictions on mandatory arbitration agreements, all reinforced by compliance with NIST SP 800-171 assessment requirements and electronic payment processing through Wide Area Workflow.
