The solicitation number is SPE7M0-26-Q-0699, issued on April 17, 2026, with a response deadline of May 18, 2026. The acquisition is managed by the Department of Defense under the Maritime Supply Chain ESOC BUYS office, with Audrey Acuna serving as the primary point of contact. The contract incorporates specific technical and quality requirements as outlined in the DLA Master List, which governs packaging, marking, and allowable substances. Critical stipulations include strict prohibition on the intentional addition or direct contact of mercury or mercury-containing compounds with hardware, except in certain functionally necessary applications such as batteries or sensors. Furthermore, the use of Class I ozone-depleting substances in any design, manufacturing, testing, cleaning, or related processes is banned unless explicitly authorized by the contracting officer. These restrictions override all referenced military or federal specifications but do not waive any product performance standards. Specific requirements also detail the removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies and physical identification or bare item marking.
