Description of the Requirement: The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) is undertaking a Program Delivery Modernization approach to advance continued improvements to its processes and systems used for delivering grants and contributions (G&Cs). There is a need for an Agile Project Manager to oversee the continued development and implementation of improvement priorities, including key system enhancements involving CAPRI (a Dynamics-based CRM) and ACOA Direct, the Agency’s client portal. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from April 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024 with three (3) option periods of six (6) months each.
