The Spring Independent School District ("District") requests competitive sealed proposals for the purpose of identifying a vendor(s) to supply Career & Technology Education (CTE) Products & Services to support the needs of the District, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications established within this Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals are due on or before 12:00 pm (CST) on SEPTEMBER 08, 2026. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on NOVEMBER 10, 2026. If the award recommendation is approved, the initial term of this contract ("Contract") will be for one (1) year from NOVEMBER 11, 2026, through NOVEMBER 10, 2027. Thereafter, the District reserves the right to either renew the contract annually for up to four (4) additional one-year terms ("Renewal Terms") or to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis to prevent a lapse in the contract term until the District re-bids the Contract.Total estimated value of this contract is greater than $100,000 annually, depending on the District's needs over the contract period.Spring ISD uses an online bidding system to post and receive bids electronically.
