This requirement directly supports the US Forest Service Mission and Active Forest Management Strategy on the Caribou-Targhee National Forest in eastern Idaho. The requirement provides professionally licensed land surveying services to facilitate priority land and forest management projects to enhance forest health and resilience through the reduction of hazardous fuels and wildfire risks and the increased sustainable production and supply of timber. Timber production is a priority that aligns with the Presidents Executive Order 14225 Immediate Expansion of American Timber Production.
