The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide E-Rate C1 UPS and C1 Equipment per the attached specifications, terms and conditions. This proposal should include the software, maintenance, support, project management, training, and implementation, including all costs related to the implementation of a complete turn-key administrative system solution, updates, installation and design implementation. All proposers must agree to fully warrant and guarantee all information in its response. Although every effort has been made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, any questions regarding procurement of this RFP should be submitted via the CFBISD Purchasing e-Bid site at https://cfbpurchasing.ionwave.net/Login.aspx, reference RFP 2025-11-075 CFBISD E-Rate 2026 C1 UPS and C1 Equipment.
