The requirement spans spares production from June 2026 to June 2027 and involves full manufacturing capability including component sourcing, inspection, testing, packaging, shipping, supply chain management, and handling of diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages. Potential vendors must also account for nonrecurring engineering costs necessary to become an approved supplier. All communications must be sent to 421scms.requirements.workflow@us.af.mil, and performance will occur at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
