The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required for construction/repair of multiple roof leaks and one (1) area of mold investigation at USCG Station Juneau, Alaska. Contractor must be in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW). Drawing(s)/photo(s) are incorporated into the SOW. Request that all quotes have a minimum of a 90-day expiration date. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation on or before the closing date/time will be considered. All prospective contractors shall have a valid, unexpired profile on the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.sam.gov) in accordance with FAR 4.11 -OR- provide electronic copy proof of SAM profile creation with quote submission. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is within 30 days of contract award notice.
