Submissions marked "COR7179 – Winnipeg Street South Water Trunk Main Renewal" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Wednesday, February 26, 2026. This procurement is for renewing the Cast lron trunk mains on Winnipeg Street south side. It covers the area from 14th Avenue to College Avenue approximately 340 m of 600 mm trunk main and 200 mm distribution main installed in the same trench plus associated accessories (fittings, valves, hydrants, etc.). The scope of work includes all tasks associated with the replacement of water mains at various locations. This encompasses, but is not limited to, the reconnection of water service laterals to the new main and the removal/replacement of disturbed areas. Additionally, it involves associated activities such as site inspections, traffic control, temporary water supply setup, pit excavation, backfilling, replacement of fittings, valves, hydrants, lead and Poly-B service replacement, and more. Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
