Solicitation # 2026/S 000-097168
The London Borough of Croydon is seeking a supplier for the Norbury Railway Bridge Art Commission to create public artwork on the retaining walls within the underpass beneath the bridge in Norbury, Croydon. This project is managed through a two-stage process, beginning with an Expression of Interest (EOI) phase. Selected artists must provide evidence of 5 million GBP in both Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
