Full Description

This is a solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to acquire Catholic Musician services for the Catholic Music Program at the Base Chapel on Buckley AFB CO. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, and services for a Catholic Musician to the Base Chapel. The Period of Performance 15 Sep 2011 through 14 Sep 2012, plus three (3) option periods. Additionally, the contractor shall perform to the standards in accordance with this PWS. The Government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Offerors are to fill out solicitation according to instructions contained in the solicitation. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.gov/) and will be required to submit their invoice via WAWF (See Internet Site: http://www.wawftraining.com). All offeror must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
