The City of Charlotte is using the Bonfire e-Procurement Portal (“Procurement Portal” - https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com) to accept and evaluate proposals for this RFP. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal on or before the Due Date in order to be accepted. You can search for the RFP document under the project number 269-2027-2219. CATS is seeking On-Call outside counsel in a number of substantive areas as discussed below. The legal services to be provided within each area include performing legal analyses, providing oral and written opinions and advice, drafting legal documents and instruments appropriate to the specified fields of expertise such as contracts, leases, rules, procedures; and representing CATS in court at both trial and appellate levels and before administrative agencies, arbitrators, and other tribunals as necessary.
