This is a conference room for unclassified briefings given by squadron personnel. 2. Is there existing room equipment? If yes can you please give a detailed list of equipment(make/ model), wall plate inputs (type) and existing cabling and any new cabling that you feel is required to integrate the new equipment. 2. Is there an existing equipment rack? If so what is it(stand alone, desk etc)? Where is it located? Can you provide a picture of rack? 3. What are the dimensions of the room? 4. What are the video sources that are to be connected to the projector? We can only assume at least a PC (VGA) connection and 1 to 4 video sources from the Crestron MP2E. CLIN 0002 Projector: Chief Ceiling Mount for Panasonic PT-D60000US (RPA-6500) or equivalent 6. Is there a current projector installed in the ceiling? We ask this because there needs to be some type of mount plate and pole to connect the RPA mount to. CLIN 0003 Projection Screen: Draper Premior 100" Diagonal Electric Screen 60' x 80' Viewing Area M 1300 Surface (101056) or equivalent 7. Is this a wall screen or a recessed ceiling screen? CLIN 0004 Projection Screen: Draper Low Voltage Control with 1 Switch LVC-III, LVC-S (121057) or equivalent CLIN 0005 Control System: Creston the Complete Audio Video Control Package-Includes TPS-1700, Mp2E, (4) IRP2 and PW-2420RU (MP2EPAK-TPS-1700) or equivalent 8. The Crestron MP2E is a control, video and audio switcher/processor - Video In - what video sources if any are to be connected to the inputs of this unit? - Video Out - what output or display devices or recording devices are to be connected to this unit? - Audio In - the unit has 7 audio inputs, what audio sources are to be connected? - Audio Out - the unit has one audio output, we are assuming that this output is to connected to an existing audio amplifier and speakers system. a. Does the room currently have existing amplifier and speakers? Are they in good condition? No Crackling or blown speakers? - LAN Connection - does the AF intend to have the Crestron on the local Lan? - Control Ports - the unit has control ports COM A and COM B as well as relay and one IR control. Typically ports A and B will control a projector via 232, the IR will control DVD or VCR devices and the Relay to control a projection screen or room shades. a. Is it the intention of the customer to control the new projector via Com A RS232? b. Are there any other RS232 controllable room devices that would connect to com port B? If so what is the device make and model? c. Are there any existing IR controllable devices that need to be controlled? If so what is the device make and model? d. We can infer the Low voltage screen control will be controlled via relay. CLIN 0006 Installation CLIN 0007 1 Year Optional Extended Installation - What does this mean? - Is this per chance optional 1 yr service? - Or do you really mean to possibly wait an entire year to install the equipment?
