CCCS RFP 27-006 Executive Coaching

The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is soliciting proposals under RFP 27-006 for confidential, individualized executive coaching for the CCCS Chancellor. The selected contractor will provide tailored leadership support focusing on strategy, executive judgment, Board governance, organizational culture, and strategic communications. Services will primarily be delivered virtually, consisting of at least one 60 to 90 minute session per month, with a requirement for the lead coach to be available for up to two onsite engagements annually. The lead coach must possess significant experience as a chancellor, president, CEO, or system-level executive within public higher education. The contract is anticipated to begin on December 15, 2026, for an initial one-year term, with the possibility of four additional one-year renewals, not to exceed five years in total. Annual costs are capped at 60,000 dollars. Award decisions will be based on a business determination evaluating experience, team qualifications, and approach and methodology, with mandatory qualifications scored on a met or not met basis. Proposals must be submitted as a single PDF of no more than 20 pages by November 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The engagement includes a structured launch within 30 days of the start date to create an engagement charter and a formal service quality assessment six months into the contract.
