CCGA - 2706 Camden HVAC Pump Replacements

The College of Coastal Georgia is soliciting bids for the CCGA-2706 Camden Center HVAC Pumps Replacement project located in Brunswick, Georgia. The scope of work involves the demolition and removal of existing CHP pumps S1 and S2, and the installation of replacement pumps and associated electrical components within Mechanical Room 131H and the surrounding yard. Contractors are required to reuse existing feeders and adhere to the design documents provided by NBP Engineers, Inc. dated September 30, 2026. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis to the responsive and responsible bidder who provides the lowest bid within the project budget. To be deemed responsible, bidders must meet specific financial and safety criteria, including a current ratio of 1.0 or higher and a three-year average Experience Modification Rate (EMR) not exceeding 1.2. Required submissions include a notarized Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, a bid bond of at least 5 percent of the bid, and evidence of Georgia state licensure. Additionally, the selected contractor must provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100 percent of the contract sum and certify registration with the federal E-Verify program. Bidders must also certify that they have no criminal convictions or debarments related to building codes, bid rigging, or bribery within the last ten years.
