Caroline County School Board (CCPS) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional Architectural and/or Engineering firms, licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with the intent to enter into a contract for the firm’s professional services, on an as-needed basis, for various CCPS projects.
