COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and solicitation W91QV126RA069 is attached. This requirement is a total small business set aside and the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of $25 million. All qualified small businesses under this NAICS are encouraged to submit proposals. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract.  The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.




DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
This is a non-personal services contract to provide and install a complete and operational CCTV and Access Control system at 4411 Llewellyn Avenue, Fort Meade, MD 20755. Building 4411 requires a new, standalone security system to be managed by Public Health Command, East. The existing system is controlled by another agency and does not meet current security requirements. This project will establish an independent system to enhance the safety and security of all building personnel and visitors.



The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide and install a complete and operational CCTV and Access Control system as defined in the PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.




Period of Performance: Twelve (12) month Base Period with four (4)-one (1) year option periods.
