AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation due date by 3 business days, from 24 July 2026 16:00 CEST, to 29 July 2026 16:00 CEST.
AMENDMENT 0001: A Site Visit will be held at Building 441A on Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany on 22 July 2026 at 10:00 AM. If you will be attending, please meet at the visitor center at 9:20 AM to be signed on to the installation. Base access processing will close at 9:40 AM. Late arrivals will not be granted access to the installation or the site visit. All questions asked alongside their respective answers during the site visit will be posted on SAM.
