The project involves the creation of a one-story, approximately 1,598-square-foot home featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Award recommendations are subject to formal acceptance by the Colville Business Council. Financial terms include a requirement for either a 25 percent retainage or a performance bond, with a bond being mandatory for contracts exceeding 100,000 dollars.
