This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA7012-10-T-0057. Delivery/Acceptance will be at Tinker St., Bldg 4456, Bolling AFB, Washington, DC 20032-0202. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: The Government will select the best overall offer based on price and other factors considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If offering an equal product, interested parties must submit clear and convincing descriptive literature demonstrating the capabilities to satisfy the requirement specified above. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in offeror's quote being determined unacceptable.
