5/21/15 Update: I continue to receive questions on whether certain fees/additional charges apply. Please note that this will be a Contract between the Vendor and the CDC only. No other Agency is involved. This means no fees, charges or any misc. charges are applicable. This is not going to be awarded against a FSS or any other schedule. This will be a standalone contract. If you are to win a Line Item, you will be awarded the item price multiplied by the quantity. Again, no fees will be associated with these awards. You may reference FSS pricing to support your price. *The following product was added to the spreadsheet: Potassium Iodide 65mg tablets NDC: 66983-350-20 NOTE: It has not been determined whether we will be required to purchase the 65mg or 130mg Potassium Iodide. The Quantity listed in the spreadsheet for the 130mg item is true for the Potassium Iodide requirement as a whole and not solely for one mg. Please ensure that if you are proposing an item with dimension restrictions, you provide us with your proposed products dimensions as well.
