Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 A.M October 24, 2024 by the Authority Engineer, online via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com, for the Little Crum Creek Interceptor CIPP Relining and Manhole Rehabilitation Project and read aloud at 5:00 P.M. on November 5, 2024 at the CDCA Committee Meeting. Major Quantities include: 750 LF of 27” CIPP, 3,400 LF of 30” CIPP, and 140 LF of 54” CIPP. All Bid Documents, Construction Plans and Specifications are available online via the PennBid Program at www.PennBid.Bonfirehub.com at no cost to prospective bidders. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of 1/3 of 1% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through PennBid and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid. Each bidder must submit with his bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid made payable to the order of the Central Delaware County Authority.
