CDPH Centralized Application Branch (CAB) Online - RFP  26-10053

The California Department of Public Health has issued RFP 26-10053 for the Design, Develop, and Implement (DD&I) of the Centralized Application Branch (CAB) Online solution. The solicitation includes strict pass/fail qualification gates for key personnel, such as the Project Manager, who must have four years of experience on large-scale IT integration projects valued over $5,000,000, and the Engagement Manager, who requires five years of experience leading similar projects with values exceeding $10,000,000. Bidders must submit a narrative response limited to 35 pages and complete various required exhibits, including functional requirements and cost worksheets. The procurement process requires adherence to specific insurance endorsements and subcontractor commitments, with the primary bidder maintaining full responsibility for all subcontracted performance.
