This contract involves the procurement of nine units of a fuel cell component for aircraft, identified by NSN 1560-01-707-7980. The solicitation, issued by the Department of Defense's Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and specifically handled by the ASC Supplier Operations AE and AF Division, outlines strict adherence to technical and quality requirements as detailed in the DLA Master List, with relevant revisions determined by the solicitation or award dates. The contract emphasizes compliance with various criteria including source approval documentation, packaging standards, higher-level quality requirements, inspection and acceptance at origin, and identification marking protocols. Notably, item unique identification is waived at the request of the service customer. A critical aspect of this contract is the handling and control of export-controlled technical data governed by ITAR and EAR regulations, which restrict export or disclosure to foreign nationals without proper authorization. Contractors must be certified under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program, complete required training, and obtain approval from DLA authorities prior to accessing this sensitive data. Delivery is scheduled within 345 days after the date of order, with performance based out of Tracy, California. The solicitation response deadline is May 21, 2026, with inquiries directed to the primary contact at DLA provided in the contract details.
