The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in support of the Vaccine Research Center (VRC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition the purchase of (1) Qty 50 AbBooster, Antibody Expression Enhancerfor suspension cells 250ml, (2) CellBOoster, Cell growth Enhancer for suspension cells 250ml (3) ProBooster, Protein Expression for suspension cells 250ml from ABI Scientific, 150 South Sterling Blvd, Suite 84 Sterling, VA. 201064. The Cellbooster, Cell Growth Enhancer for adherent cells from ABI Scientific Inc is a new and unique cell culture feed medium formulation which can dramatically enhnace protein productivity in plasmid DNA-Transfected mammalian cells. The Cellbooster increases both protein productivity and cell density without modifying any cell biochemical characteristics and cell biologicalspecificitiesat the protein production facility. The Cellbooster is compatible with any transfection protocol, no optimizationis required. CellBooster, Cell Growth Enhancer is highly concentrated feed medium, to ensure high yeild and high quality protein production. Currently ABI Scientific Inc is the only source for this reagent. This is not a request for quote. Offerers who can provide this particular product may submit a statement of capabilities with past performanceinformation.
