The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Secret Service (USSS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is seeking information from industry to assist with the planning of a potential new requirement. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. In order to ensure responsive and efficient mission support, the USSS requires a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) all-inclusive cellular communications services and equipment contract that guarantees reliable services and devices. The intent is for the USSS to receive all necessary equipment, services, infrastructure, emergency support and Radio Frequency (RF) engineering or survey support, all at one pre-determined cost as per RFI attachment. RESPONSE GUIDELINE: Interested parties are required to respond to this RFI with a white paper not to exceed 3 pages, single spaced, in addition to filling in section 10.0 Market Research in the attachment provided. Responses may specifically describe the offeror's capabilities but will not be considered unless section 10.0 of the attachment is filled in accordingly and submitted. Oral communications are not permissible. Offerors who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via e-mail to Eliana York at eliana.york@usss.dhs.gov NO LATER THAN 5:00PM EST Friday 11 December 2020.
