This is a Request for Information (RFI) representing a market survey and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI. The Government will not reimburse the respondent for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires face-to-face and virtual professional learning for CIL staff systemwide. The professional learning will begin with a 4.5-day face-to-face professional learning event at a Government-furnished facility for approximately 45 CIL staff from around the world that will occur in the summer of 2021 and will be followed by six virtual job-embedded follow-up support sessions per region'a total of 54 hours. The virtual professional learning sessions will NOT be concurrent; therefore, the same presenters and facilitators may conduct each one. Please note that each face-to-face and virtual session will be preceded by a dry run with the DoDEA point of contact. The Contractor will revise each session based on written feedback from DoDEA. For the option year the follow-up professional learning requirement will be determined by DoDEA in consultation with the Contractor approximately three months before the end of the base year. The attached spreadsheet provides a potential level of funding. Please response the questions identified on draft PWS and provide pricing on the attached spreadsheet. DoDEA requires responses on Friday, August 27, 2020. Please email your questions and responses to Brian Pritchard, Procurement Liaison at brian.pritchard@dodea.edu.
