Central Office Relocation Project

Wise County Public Schools is soliciting sealed lump sum bids for the Central Office Relocation project, which involves renovating a portion of an existing building at the Lonesome Pine Regional Business and Technology Park in Virginia to create new administrative office space. The scope of work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications to establish conference areas, meeting spaces, and support areas. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who must be licensed as a Class A contractor in the State of Virginia.
