1 each Aesculap or equivalent EnduRo or Columbus Ceramic total knee implants and instrumentation. These implants and instruments are needed for a patient specific surgery scheduled for 5 June 2017. Vendor rep must be available in the Operating Room at the time of surgery. Implants MUST possess a barrier that protects against the release of metal ions, such as molybdenum, nickel, cobalt and chromium from the implant into the patient's system. Shipping charge if applicable. SUBSTITUTE ITEMS: If you plan to provide other than the brand name cited in the purchase description, provide in your response the brand name and the catalog or part number you intend to furnish and the characteristics of the substitute item that are equivalent to the brand name. Also provide all documents which clearly describe the item(s) so that it/they can be evaluated by the end user. Failure to submit the requested substitute item information before the closing date listed above will eliminate the vendor from all further consideration.
