PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: EP076-221014 R.065220.652 CFSU Uplands 475 Systems Upgrade at 320 Paul Benoit Dr. Gloucester
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope consist of modifying the existing cooling and ventilation systems. This includes the installation of new electrical panel and circuits, installation of new cooling units and ductwork as well as roof modification for the condenser units.
Work is to be completed within (44) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $500,001 to $1,000,000.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT: This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At contract award, the Bidder must hold a valid [Designated Organization Screening (DOS) / Facility Security Clearance at level of Reliability Status].
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There will be a site visit on Sept 8th,2022 at 10:00am. Interested bidders shall meet at 320 Paul Benoit Dr, Gloucester
Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green patch). Hard hats and safety glasses are also required. Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire will be denied access to the site.
The names of each individual attending the site visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they represent, must be provided to the Contracting Authority 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit in order to gain access to the site
ENQUIRIES: All enquiries are to be submitted to the Contractual Authority: Dale Rudderham, by email at dale.rudderham@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca .
Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
BID DOCUMENTS:
Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the Government Electronic Tendering Service at http://Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders or at the toll-free number 1-855-886-3030. Amendments, when issued, will be available from the same government electronic tendering service.
