(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


(ii) This solicitation # W91QF4-26-Q-A040 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).


(iii) Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective as of 13 March 2026.
