Change in Point of Delivery of Dudley Ridge Water District’s 2026 Table A Water to Westlands Water District and/or SanLuis Water District on behalf of Common

State Water Project Agreement SWP 26022 authorizes a change in the point of delivery for up to 10,166 acre-feet of Dudley Ridge Water District's approved 2026 Table A water. This water will be delivered to Westlands Water District and/or San Luis Water District turnouts located in Reaches 4 through 7 of the California Aqueduct within Fresno and Kings Counties. The arrangement is made on behalf of landowners Wonderful Orchards and Westside Agriculture and remains effective through December 31, 2026. The agreement is governed by an order approved by the State Water Resources Control Board on July 16, 2026. It is exempt from CEQA requirements under California Water Code Section 1729 and CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, as the project utilizes existing facilities and does not support new development or a permanent new water supply. Primary administration is managed by the California Department of Water Resources, with coordination involving the general managers of the Dudley Ridge, Westlands, and San Luis water districts.
