The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) requires a Senior Change Management Consultant for the improved adoption of the Canadian Food Safety Information Network (CFSIN).This procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. The procurement is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses. However, if two or more Indigenous businesses submit a bid, then the procurement is set aside under PSIB.In order to be considered under PSIB, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.If the procurement is set aside under PSIB, the following will applyThis requirement is open only to those TSPS Indigenous Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:One (1) Senior Level Change Management ConsultantIf two or more Indigenous businesses submit a bid the procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Indigenous peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses.Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.”The contract period will be from the date of contract to March 31, 2023.The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
