This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirements of the Department of Indigenous Services Canada for the provision of Task and Solutions Profesional Services, Stream 2.6 Change Management Consultant at the Senior and Junior level.It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for two (2) resources: One (1) Senior Change Management Consultant and one (1) Junior Change Management Consultant. The contract period will be from Contract award date to March 31, 2024 plus one (1) irrevocable option period of one (1) year allowing Canada to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions.Indian Oil and Gas Canada (IOGC) requires a firm to design and deliver change management processes and approaches that support and provide effective tools and methodology to build collaborative, innovative, diverse and inclusive teams that incorporate Indigenous values for ongoing change management and learning.Proposed period of contract:The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2024.Estimated Level of Effort:The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 200 days for the Senior consultant and 200 days for the Junior consultant.
